We are thrilled to announce that the Conference Center has re-opened and are
now taking reservations for upcoming meetings, conferences, and events.
In light of COVID-19, we have strengthened our health and safety procedures
to keep our conference center clean and safe for all. As we navigate the
ever-changing climate, we continue to be committed to providing our employees
and guests an exceptional experience.
The Conference Center
is now back open at full capacity and accepting reservations. Just a few
updates:
- Facial coverings are no longer required at our
facility, but are optional.
- PPE carts are available at the entrance of our building
as well as in every conference room and include disposable masks, hand
sanitizer, disinfecting wipes)

- Room capacity and social distancing requirements are no
longer required, however, event organizers can be more stringent on how
they would like their event set-up as well as spacing between
participants. Additional room costs may apply if needing an
additional room to accommodate for spacing which will be the
responsibility of the event organizer.
- PSESD has upgraded air filters to higher MERV ratings
and increased system run times for more complete air ventilation.
- PSESD is utilizing highly effective and sustainable
cleaning products to clean and disinfect throughout the building.
- PSESD is increasing the frequency and intensity of
cleaning and disinfecting high-touch, high-traffic areas, such as light
switches, door handles, elevator buttons, and more.
- PSESD has enhanced cleaning and sanitation standards throughout
conference center and common areas.
- PSESD has implemented innovative cleaning technologies,
such as modern electrostatic sprayers and setting up portable disinfectant
in each conference room.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be
submitted to the Conference Center in writing. The following cancellation
policy will apply:
*Rental fees include a non-refundable $50 booking fee assessed
if an event is cancelled or changed.
*Events cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to the event date: 50% of the total rental fee will be
assessed.
*Events cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event date (including no-shows or no
notice cancellations): 100% of the total
rental fee will be assessed.
In the event of mechanical failure, inclement weather,
utility outages, fire, wind-storm, flood or other unforeseen circumstances
beyond the control of the Puget Sound ESD for causes not under its control,
this agreement may be canceled. User waives any claim for damage or
compensation should this agreement be terminated by the Puget Sound ESD for
causes not under its control.
